Bianca BoufféTaryn Bakker and I, Bianca Bouffé, have just come back from an amazing and challenging six months in Europe. We started this year with doing Life Team at Cornerstone Church. Part of the vision of the Team is to have a heart for the nations and so we, under the covering of Cornerstone, visited churches in Italy, England, Holland, Ireland and Portugal, serving them in any way we could.

In Italy we stayed with Ian and Jane Zucchi (H) and babysat their quadruplets (Matteo, Gianni, Gemma and Alessio) and Ariana, their oldest daughter. They are all doing exceptionally well. Ariana has started school and is one of the top in her class. Jane and the quads, who are two and half now, are learning Italian and have fitted into the community well. Ian leads worship in their church and prays for more musicians. They all send their love.

In England we visited two churches and in Ireland we visited Wayne Carr’s new church, Riverock in Belfast. Wayne has just recently planted and it was a privilege to be a part of a new plant just for a while!

In Holland we stayed with the Wadmans and visited their church led by Gert Dolk. It was wonderful to stay and “re-connect” with old friends.

In Portugal I got to stay with my grandparents and see my family but also got to go to a church there.

In every country the churches are so different, they have a different flavour and atmosphere and yet hold a common ground, they all want to see His Kingdom established. Travelling was an incredible and life-changing experience ... one which has opened my mind and my heart and revealed to me even more of what an Awesome God we serve!

1 Corinthians 16: 13–14, “Be on your guard;  stand firm in the faith;  be men of courage. Do everything in love.”
